March 2009
30 Begin processing course package registrations for the Freshmen First program.
May 2009
20 Payment due for students who registered March 30-April 24.
June 2009
20 Payment due for students who registered April 25-May 24.
23 Payment due for students who registered May 25-June 19.
July 2009
20 Payment due for students who registered June 20-July 19.
24 Last day to cancel registration for either Residential Course Package or Commuter Course Package with 100% refund. Request for cancellation must be received in writing by 4:30 p.m.
Please note: After July 24, students who wish to cancel or withdraw* from Freshmen First will not receive any refund of the housing/meal/course and program activity portion of their Residential Course Package or Commuter Course Package fee. After this date, only the tuition and mandatory fee portion will be refunded.
31 Last day to cancel registration with a refund of 100% of tuition and mandatory fees only.
  Last day to register for Freshmen First.
August 2009
2 Mandatory orientation and check-in for all students in Freshmen First, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
3 Classes begin.
7 Last day to withdraw* with a 50% refund of tuition and mandatory fees.
After August 8, there is no refund of tuition and mandatory fees.
13 Last day to withdraw*. A statement indicating your withdrawal from the University will appear on your final transcript.
21 Check-out of residential halls by 6 p.m. for residential students in Freshmen First.
28 Grades posted online.
Please note: Grades and transcripts are not mailed; instructions on how to access grades and/or official transcripts are available in the information packet.

*Please note: If you choose to withdraw, a statement indicating the same will be recorded on your final transcript.
